How we work with companies
Each assignment starts with a written scope: what is covered, when, by how many officers, and what is excluded. We quote in South African rand and invoice against the confirmed booking. Soaring Investigations Consultants CC is registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); supplier details come with our quotations.
What we will not promise
No security provider can remove every risk. We tell you what is realistic for the budget and the circumstances, and where you would need more.
Booking and availability
Officers and vehicles are allocated to confirmed bookings, subject to availability and confirmation. Booking ahead gives you the best choice; short-notice requests are considered case by case, but never promised. A dedicated shift reserves its officers for you for the hours booked. Prices are quoted in writing in South African rand once we understand the assignment.
Questions about corporate security
Are you registered on the Central Supplier Database?
Yes. Soaring Investigations Consultants CC, which operates SIC Security, is registered on the CSD. Supplier details come with our quotations.
Can you cover a one-off meeting or AGM?
Yes, subject to availability and confirmation. Tell us the date, the venue and the expected attendance.
Will you keep our company details confidential?
Yes. We do not name clients or share details of assignments. If your company needs a confidentiality agreement, send it with the quote request.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every assignment is different, so we quote in writing in rand once we understand the scope.
